At Portland State, graduate students train to guide people who are blind, deafblind or have low vision toward independence. This summer’s intensive “cane class” had students navigating blindfolded at Fort Vancouver, gaining skills to meet the national shortage of Orientation and Mobility specialists.

����ֱ��’s Aerospace Society partnered with space technology company AscendArc, giving visitors a firsthand look at student-built rockets, liquid-fuel engines, and Oregon’s first CubeSat.
