The design process for ����ֱ��'s new Vernier Science Center centered the voices and lived experiences of students from groups historically excluded and underrepresented in STEM. They dreamed up a space where they would feel like they belonged and could see a future for themselves in STEM.

Supercomputers are the largest and most powerful computers in the world and yet few people know what they do or why they should care. That’s why an English professor at Portland State is helping to demystify one of the world’s fastest and largest supercomputers with a grant from the National Science Foundation.

The first time Brady Roland stepped onto the ����ֱ�� campus, she fell in love. “I really don't think any other school would have fit me as well as Portland State does.” Roland is starting her second year as a public health student and is the newly-elected Associated Students of ����ֱ�� president.
